User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis Hospital, and specifically Kristi Fisher, has "kidnapped" my dog and won't release her. The dog was taken to this office after being hit by a car yesterday. They wouldn't let us take the dog home this morning, because the vet was "busy" seeing other patients. We were told to come back after 12:00, and weren't allowed to even see the dog. Unbeknownst to us, the office closes at 1:00 on Saturdays, and we weren't able to get to the office until 1:30. After many attempts to get the people that were still in the Hosptial to let us in to get our dog, (we were literally screaming through the locked door) we were told that we'd be contacted later and we could pick up the dog by 6:00. Well, shortly after 6:00 Kristi Fisher told us, in no uncertain terms, that she would not release our dog until Monday morning, and only after we called in the morning and made an appointment. This is animal cruelty and horrific customer service. Once I get my dog back we'll never ever go to this Vet again. I am making it my life mission to put this place out of business. No pet owner should be forced to leave a pet in a hospital for 2 extra days due to a lazy and insensitive Vet. Shame on you Kristi Fisher. And shame on the other people in your company that allow you to care for animals. You're a disgrace.

The best in all of southern california!: The best care in all southern California! If you love your pet, this is where you will take them. Great Doctors, great staff, clean facilities, amazing medicine and care!

Apparently you didn't leave your pet there overnight for injuries sustained by being hit by a car. Had you you might not have been able to get your pet back for several days, just as I am suffering through. If you are still a client, please ask them why they would operate in this manner, and consider another Vet next time.
Hey! I do not appreciate that comment especially since I am a high school student who just recently volunteered at that same clinic. I absolutely despise ignorant people like you! Do you realize that it was probably better to keep your dog overnight because he got HIT BY A CAR? Seriously, were you more worried about your poor dog getting better, or your fee because you were too stupid to check out the clinicâs hours. Dr. Fischer is a very talented woman and if you canât see that than youâre not worth her time anywaysâ¦
They are not a 24 hour hospital, so for them to keep a pet overnight does not ensure round-the-clock care. Sorry "70sgirl79", your comment doesn't hold much weight. Kristi is an ok vet, but for a couple of years she has told me that my cat vomits because he eats too fast. She should have known better that it's not normal. Went to another vet and after many tests learned that my kitty had intestinal lymphoma. Nice work. Plus, Dr. Weldy is a real ass and the staff is horrible. Sorry Mr. Chewining that you had to endure this.
I have been bringing my dogs here ( as have my parents) and now my siblings and I was a child. The staff here are amazing, the service is amazing, and I wish to goodness I still lived here so I could continue to be blessed to be a customer of these people. I am sorry you did not have a good experience, but know that is not normal.
