User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI eat here all the time, and they have great food that is decently priced for what it is, as well as wonderful service. I have eaten at other so called "steak resturants" in town, and this is by far the best for comfort and ambience.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI've dined out at the Carlton about 12 times. Service is always excellent. Only one time was a dish a little colder than optimal. Overall an excellent restauraut.

The new menu is fantastic. Service is great. And I love the fact that you can bring your whole family and not spend a fortune.
