User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsi think this is the worst bank ever, from customer services, to on line banking. they hold ur money for no reason andtake for ever to release it, no one ever knows what they doing or talking about.I WAS N THE PHONE WITH THEM SEVERAL TIMES TODAY,and everyone said something different to me about what i needed. an the answer was so simple. freaking morans!!!!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have B of A and cant stand them. They are horrible. We have our main account in WA and they cant get any access to that acct. YOu would think that all B of A are connected. Nope!!! They cant even tell you the balances. As far as changing any info like names on your acct., they cant do that either. They are very slow and dont ever have enough people working.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsATM's ...: My main complaint with B of A is that they only have ATM's at their banking facilities in the Hinesville and Jesup, GA areas. They need to put more of their ATM machines out in both cities to make it better and less costly to their customers. They are losing money because the Heritage Bank has the most ATM's in this area. Therefore, the Heritage Bank ios getting all of the extra surcharge money from the other banks' customers. The Bank of America needs to catch up!
