I normally don't like bad reviews and cower when I read them (thinking they are simply biased opinions), but this is my reprove. The interior is decent. It wasn't bad. The food and coffee didn't look or smell awful. Sure, the closing time for this coffee shoppe is a little to early for me (7pm - which is way to early to close any coffee shoppe). But like I said, it wasn't that horrid to begin with. Unfortunately after sitting for about five minutes, thinking I could finish a little business on my computer before purchasing a little something to eat, I was approached by a woman in red. Now this woman, was in my opinion very nondescript, not unattractive, but not pretty. Well this woman in red approaches, obviously with a purpose, directing herself towards the comfy chair I was occupying. And in a snide, very assured voice, she informs me that the "Free WiFi" is not free and that to use the internet I will need to purchase something or leave. This very assured woman in red, whom I take to be a figure of stature in this small unproductive coffee shoppe, looks upon me with contempt, as I, shocked, inform the lady in red of my intent to purchase something to-go after I finish up with my little bit of business, on my computer. She smirks, thinking she's done her duty to protect her small unproductive coffee shoppe, walking back to the rear of the shoppe. This woman in red walks past two aged woman whom happen to be living vicarious through her accomplishment - most undoubtably shown by their cheer of delight and smirks of "earned" knowledge directed at the woman (and lets not forget their blatant sneers in my direction).

I was not sure of the type of establishment this coffee shoppe was before I had endured my ten minutes of degradation. But I most assuredly will never make those ten minutes a reoccurrence in my life. And if this assured woman was a manager or owner, I wouldn't make those ten minutes a part of your life either.

I suppose this "Hannah A" figures that when the owners of a small business make it possible for everyone to enjoy access to the internet for whatever purpose they do it for the shear exhileration of watching the users enjoy themselves. Well the access costs the owners money. The last time I was there it is clearly posted that the use of the internet access if free but to help offset the cost of such access a purchase is requested. This does not seem to be an ungodly request as the price of a small cup of coffee is only a buck-fifty. I'm sure that the owners appreciate this type of feedback but as for me I would rather see the shop stay in business so that everyone can enjoy the free access to the net. People like "Hannah A" make it very hard for the small business owner to make a living and she seems to enjoy the attention. The other patrons who were doing their "vicarious" thing obviously recognized Hannah for what she is...a freeloader who expresses herself poorly.
