User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsamazing. they really care for your animals and dont harm them. everyone was really nice and you can tell they really care for your animal. so dont waste your time reading what "poochdad" said. if you want your animal to be safe and taken care of take them to Family Animal Hospital in Batavia, and you know they will be in GREAT hands (:

Very disappointing. Dr. Bard did not inspire confidence. She tried so hard to come across as "likeable" and knowledgeable that I felt that the needs of my pet were secondary. A lot of salesmanship, if you ask me. Also, my dog, who is usually not nervous about doc visits was not happy for the next day after this one. I will find another local vet.
