User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI've been a customer for a while at guitar center stores in general and this is by far the worst of all of them. The only reason I continue to shop here is because it is the only store in Flint. Waiting an hour and a half for a drum set puchase because the clerk was too stoned to multi-task was a hassle, but yeah...only one around. Hire new people you shmucks!

The people who work here, with the exception fo a few, do not seem to be interested in helping customers, merely in making sales. The salesperson who took my layaway was only too happy to help with that, but upon experiencing a problem with the same amp, the same salesperson made me wait for about forty five minutes before taking care of the issue.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsVery helpful: The people here were very knowledgeable, and nice. They have the best prices that I have found while searching for the right guitar. I will be going back to them for my future guitar needs for sure. I would suggest them for a first time buyer, or for someone that has a collection of interments!!! Great place!!!
