I learned of Bone Daddyâs great ribs years ago at a Rib Festival in St. Augustine Fl. Went year after year to have some of Billâs great Ribs and hospitality. Recently I was in the Detroit area and made a side trip up to midland. Boy was it worth it. As far as I am concerned these are the best ribs anywhere. While at the restaurant I got to try some of the sides that are not available at Rib Festivals. They also are great. The only item I wish is that Bill and Kim had a Bone Daddyâs here in Georgia.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe food here is unreal. Lip smackin, finger lickin good. It is sooo good it will make you want to slap your trunk monkey.
The ribs are awesome, the pork and turkey is great. Smoked baked beans, blue cheese cole slaw, corn muffins...wow.
We talked with Bill Wall (owner) about his victory at the National BBQ Championship in Nevada. Very nice man. He gave us a bottle of Bone Daddy's sauce and a pulled pork dinner to go. He is gonna send us a T-shirt when the new ones arrive.
We will be going back to Bone Daddy's for the best damn ribs we've ever had.
