User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWhat has happened here, in the past year all my favorite employees have been fired (for very stupid reasons) or have quit. Does anyone Know where they work now. The new owner and management doesn't seem to care, at least the past owners would try to make sure that their customers where getting good service. I guess a pay check is a pay check, but the crap I've heard about the new staff is unacceptable. I've been a customer since the Brass Rail opened, I know every time I drive by I think what a great place it used to be. I'm not telling anyone who reads this not to go there, you decide for yourself. I used to feel welcome, now I'm just another pain in their ass customer.

The Brass Rail is a great place to be with friends to play pool. I play on Saturdays there for the free 8Ball tounament. The workers are great and they know your name and what drink you like. The people who run the tounaments are friendly to all no matter their skill level. They are very good players up there with a lot of years of experience, but the friends I've made will not be forgotten. I would recomend The Brass Rail to anyone who wants a great time around the pool table. Thanks again for what you guys do.

Be ready to be amazed. The Brass Rail has a new face, new owner, and a fresh look at how to serve the public with good drinks, great food, and a fantastic time! Top of the line menu with origional food items, a great serving staff, and the best bartenders in the Northland! This place will really surprise you! Its the largest building you will ever see, tables apon pool tables, darts for days, even foosball and a video game gallery for the kids!
People! Really! Check out the new Brass Rail and find out what you have been missing!

I'm sorry you don't feel welcome here anymore. That should never be the case. We have been working out some issues to get this place back to where it should be and in some cases the former staff didn't agree with the changes so they left. I would love for you to come in a talk with us about some of the issues you are having to see if there is anything we could do to make your visits more enjoyable. I promise, once you get to know the new management you'll enjoy us just as much if not more than the old.
