Dealing with Garden State was a pleasant experience. Beginning with the first call I made. A very pleasant woman took the call and stated that someone would get back to me shortly(we have all heard that before). Well, they did get back to me in under 10mins. We made arrangements to have the repairman come out the same day and I did not have to sit home all day and wait. He said after 4 and George arrived by 4:30. George investigated, diagnosed,let me know the price, and fixed the problem and was completed everything in a reasonable amount of time. George was extremely courteous and knowledgable. I would recommend Garden State to anyone. Sorry Johnnies Appliance; the woman that answered your phone was quite the rude one and waiting 3 days for your next appt. plus giving me a time frame from 9am until 4pm was just a little much. People work. They can't be expected to loose a day's pay and then pay to have service completed. Even if Garden State could not offer me same day, the fact that they work with a much smaller time frame and will come out after 4pm, makes much more sense!!!! Plus, the woman that answers their phone is POLITE!
