She has always answered my questions and her staff has been helpful with any requests I’ve had. She can seem rushed but if you are organized and have your list of questions ready she happily provides answers. Not suitable for doctor office in the US ... might be the the way it work in third world countries ...
Very sorry about that but you are telling the truth. She should not practice at all. I had the same bad experience11/30/11 -

She is not helpful and dismissive. Spends no time at all figuring out what is wrong with you, but every time will take blood work and a few weeks later call you with the results. Also, she will not follow up and doesn't seem to care about her patients. I would NOT go back and not recommend her to anyone.
I AGREE WITH YOU, HER STAFF IS NASTY, I WAS AT HER OFFICE 2 WEEKS AGO ,HER STAFF HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THAT MY APPOINMENT WAS FOR THE MORNING INSTEAD OF THE AFTERNOON, HER MANAGER IS NOT NICE AT ALL, HER STAFF MADE A MISTAKE AND MADE IT SEEM LIKE I DID NOT KNOW MY APPOINMENT DATE AND TIME, I WAITED ALMOST 2 HOURS TO SEE THE DOCTOR, WHEN I FINALLY GOT TO SEE HER IT SEEMS LIKE SHE WAS IN SUCH A RUSH TO FINISH HER SESSION, I MEAN IF I HAVE A TO $50.00 COPAY I EXPECT FOR HER AND THE STAFF TO TREAT ME WELL AND WITH RESPECT; DR.TUPLAN HARDLY MADE ANY EYE CONTACT,SHE DID EXPLAINED MY ILLNESS BUT GIVES THESE LOOKS LIKE SHE HARDLY WANTS TO SPEAK WITH YOU, IT WAS MY FIRST TIME GOING TO SEE HER, AND WHO KNOWS ,MIGHT BE THE LAST...I WILL HAVE TO DO MY HOMEWORK AND FIND A NEW DOCTOR03/01/11
