Went to have my cat euthanized because she going to the bothroom everywhere which is a huge health concern for my kids. Makes me pay $95 and wait 3 hours to tell me they only put down animals if there is a life and death situation. Which is fine, but to make me pay a $100 to get their high and mighty speech is ridiculous. The bench to sit on was hard wood and the service was awful. I won't be going back ever. Absolutely nothing special about the place.
So I paid $95 to get a generalized evaluation of the cat and not even tell me whats wrong with the feline. I get a 2 page report that I can get anywhere else for $30. For $95 she gets weighed and a heart beat. Oh and thier evalution of red dots all over my cats skin was a food allergy. Place is a rip off if you ask me.

You're out of your mind!! Ive been to the hospital on the Katy Freeway and they are aweful! Their staff is rude!! The place looks like a pit and the doctors could care less about your pet. I have been to the Animal Emergency Center of West Houston multiple times with my pets over the last 5yrs and they are AMAZING. They are very caring and COMPASSIONATE!! All the staff and doctors have been GREAT!
