    the place to be: 518 West is a perfect after work place to hang out. It does get smoking but who is going to complain. One of the regular house bands is Sherry and the Chevy's, they sound like Janis Joplin. Sensational atmosphere after around 9:30. I guarantee you will walk out of there making new friends. It must mean something when the bar maids come back to hang out after their shift.

    518 is neat: 518 is a nice little place tucked away in a small strip center. They offer large screen tvs for sports, pool, darts and video gaming. They have a nice bar and offer a wide range of drinks. good service and live entertainment featuring bands like THE VOLUMIZERS and JJ DYNOMITE and has a nice crowd. The only down side to this place is that it can get smokey, so those folks who are bothered by smoke may want to come early and leave when it gets crowded. Other than that, this is a neat little place and I'd recommend it to anyone.
