Sonic Drive-In

I ordered some cones & sonic blasts from here. I was taking the cones two minutes down the road for some children. They brought out the cones first, but said the blasts would be right out. 20 minutes later they brought out the blasts, but the cones had melted so I asked for some new ones. She said that was fine and went to get them. Another lady came out and asked for the melted cones. We gave them to her and she threw them down and walked off. When I got home and got out of my car, I saw that she had THREW ICE CREAM DOWN THE SIDE OF MY CAR! My sister-in-law said that they had a problem with the same girl the day before. I made a complaint about this incident and will never go back to this location again.

Bad Service: This particular Sonic is probably the newest in town and is closest to my house but service is poor. I've ordered one drink and waited in a stall for over 10 minutes for it. At least twice, the computers were down so we were turned away. I've watched people punch the button to order and leave after having to wait too long to place an order. Today my husband and I drove thru to get a drink and were told they would be with us shortly. There were no other cars in the drive-thru. We were in a hurry so my husband asked if someone could help us. Again, they said they'd be with us shortly. Being in a hurry, we left. For some reason I keep going back but then say each visit is my last. This establishment needs improvement. I don't see these problems at the other Sonics in town.
