    I've never met Dr. Ruiz, but she was on call for my doctor when I needed a refill on pain medication after surgery. She was very rude, asking "Why don't you call tomorrow when your meds run out?" and "Why do I have to make all of these phone calls for hundreds of people?". I assume that patients had been calling her and she was tired of it. She did refill my medication, but I would never recommend her as a physician if that's the way she treats her patients.
