User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDamaged my wife's expensive pants and refused: to take care of it. They got color from other clothes onto my wife's pants. I have no clue how they can do this during dry cleaning. They were just very rude and refused to help clean or pay for it.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBad Customer Service: At Park Avenue Cleaners, you get what you pay for. They are inexpensive, but the customer service is horrible! They destroyed a lambs wool sweater that I had only worn a couple times. Percy, the store manager, was disrespectful and unapologetic. Spend the extra money and go somewhere where they treat their customers right and wont damage your clothes!
