We had a problem of kitchen sink drainage. At the same time, another problem due to the old pipe under the sink was found. The service man was not only polite but a very hard worker. Because of the skillful Rotor-Rooter serviceman, we are worry-free about the draninage and the old, rusty lead pipe which was changed to a bright metal one. We are very glad to have this service today.

Roto-Rooter Service 7/27/2009
Got a plumbing problem? Call Roto-Rooter! Our dishwasher was not draining. After using it, there was a deep well of dirty (and smelly) water in the bottom of the machine. We made a call to Roto-Rooter, and a tenacious plumber (I should say problem solver, craftsman, and educator) was at my home within about 1/2 hour. He removed the dishwasher, drained it, put a cable snake into the water line to clear it, checked his work thoroughly, put everything back in place, and made sure that the dishwasher was draining into the disposal. As our dishwasher is at a right angle to our sink, and as the water line runs behind a corner cabinet, this was not an easy job. Jerry never gave up, he answered questions and educated us while he worked, he cleaned up completely (even sweeping the kitchen floor), and kept a friendly demeanor throughout the service. Roto-Rooter? Absolutely!
