Brook Furniture Rental

My wife and I just moved to the Bay Area and we had to wait 6-8 weeks for our purchased furniture to arrive. Our real estate agent suggested that we look into rental furniture (something we'd never heard of before) and provided us with two local vendors: Brooks and Cort.

We shopped both places and after comparing the stores we chose to work with Brook. The showroom staff were very attentive and professional. We also liked the veriaty of higher quality furniture and Brook's flexibility in delivering the furniture the next morning. Delivery went as planned and everything arrived in great condition. This was definitely more than what we had expected for a temporary solution and we are very happy with the result.

We were referred to Brook by our leasing agent at Avalon Apartments. We went to their office in Los Altos and had the pleasure of working with Shelley. She was very professional and spent a good amount of time making sure that we select the best furniture based on our budget and personal taste. The delivery process went very smooth and overall we are very happy with the furniture and service we received

I am here in the bay area for 6 months due to a job transfer and found Brook Furniture Rental on the web. I called them to get some information, and the lady I spoke to was so nice and sweet that I didn't even need to shop around any more. I did everything over the phone and within 15 minutes she e-mailed me all the paperwork. The next day I had my furniture in my apartment. The furniture looks fantastic for such a great price. I couldn’t' be happier. The customer service was outstanding and the drivers were so nice and well trained. The rep called me the next day to make sure I needed anything else, and helped me select more items since I needed some extras. I have never seen a customer service like this. This is a great Company. I would suggest Brook to anyone who is in need of furniture. My contacts at Brook are Laleh and Shelley. Make sure to talk to them if you need to feel such a VIP. :)
