Dr. Al-Shaikh is a caring and passionate doctor. His staff is very delightful and goes above and beyond. I had a problem with my knee and had surgery I went back to work a few weeks later with no problems. I recommend him to everyone I can.
One caring patient,
John
I like the suggestions that doctor gave but his staff is very manipulative, they ask you to sign all these documents for the devices they give you to try.when i got the insurance bill i was shocked to see the prices of those devices as they were much cheaper online.I didnt opened/used them and called back if i can return them but they didnt listen instead forwarded me to billing department.
I would not recommend him/group.
My goal is to make you better. Sometimes you need a brace, a cast etc. I instruct my staff to offer purchase of certain items online, like a tennis elbow strap, but sometimes you need to have the brace immediately. Bills can be deceiving. I am always available to discuss what I actually get paid and never bill the patient more than I pay for an item. This doesnt mean you cant get it cheaper online. I usually dont take items back, but I regularly take items off a bill if the patient doesnt use the device.
