User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsSorry to hear about your visit ee@rodeo, I have been visiting Kinder's in Hercules for a few years and one thing they always say when they take your order is "I will get they made as soon as I wash my hands", and they have a sink right there that they use. That's one of the reasons I go there is they have a great clean facility and they always wash their hands. Anyways I really love the ribs here and the new BBQ Chicken Salads, they are very tasty. Quick service and friendly workers. I wish they would build a larger place with table service. Kinder's is the king of ribs in Hercules.

My husband and I ordered two famous ball tip sandwiches.... in fairness the sandwiches were good after 3 bites, but my goooossshh.. we couldn't have a another bite when we saw the sandwich makers took an orders,handled the money, and made the customers sandwich. Whats wrong with the picture.. Nasty!!!!! workers are not washing their hands nor use hand gloves at least to make sandwich/handle the foods. In addition to that ,they were four flies cruising from table to table. Yes, I paid $ 17.32 for two sandwiches but my husband and I didn't hesitate to discard the rest of our sandwiches . Word for the customers! pay attenttion when they make your sandwich. By the way , their aprons were white and look nasty as well. Good luck and don't get sick.
