   This was the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment.
   
   Many residents leave trash in front of their doors and their kids can never seem to get the trash IN the compactor.
   
   I rarely cook and do not spend much time at home. I say this to say no matter how clean my place is, I have ROACHES everywhere. Big ones, little ones, you name it, I've seen it here! All the pest control does is kill them slowly, So I can open up my closet to discover dead bugs.
   
   Management changes regularly. Children are all in the street. The pool closes at 6pm. The appliances are old and outdated. For $700 a month you can find somewhere else to live.
