Looks 10 years younger! (My roof, I mean.): I had been bothered for years by a growing black discoloration on my taupe-colored roof. I assumed it was from trees--sap--something! Guess what? No trees hang over my rooftop. The culprit was a common fungus (or is it "fungi?") in South Georgia. A little research revealed that the fungus was actually damaging my roof! After Exterior Solutions paid a visit, my roof looks as if it were new. Low pressure application insures no damage to your shingles, they provided great customer service (even threw in cleaning my driveway for no additional charge!). No negative environmental impacts (except for the fungus--it's not happy). I have referred these folks to several friends (some of whom had the problem, but didn't notice it), and they have been very pleased as well!
