I had a very disappointing dining experience at Smokey Bones today. We are frequent visitors to this establishment and always have been totally satisfied, which is why we kept going back, however after today, I doubt we will be back too soon.
First off the service was horrible = the table seated behind us came in 10 minutes after we did and was served their dinner 15 minutes sooner than we were served ours My salmon was only luke warm, my baked potato was cold enough that the butter didn't even melt and the broccoli definately had been sitting for some time. Since I was taking my husband out, I was thankful that at least he enjoyed his dinner! I order the same meal every time I go there and therefore can honestly say, I really have had a much better meal at other visits. The really disappointing thing, we complained on the way out and weren't even offered an "I'm sorry"

smokey bones is not what it used to be the food is not what it used to be either ,half of the food they serve are being microwaved even the ribs its ashame they sell the food at the price they do for what you are actually getting
