It was very very horrible!..I will never ever dine there again. I ordered shrimp alfredo bowl and the shrimp still had the shellings on them and i got sick right there in the restaurant. I went to the bathroom to throw what i had eatin and the hostress who i totally disliked took it back and at the end of the dinner had to the nerve to make me pay for it. Well me and my family was not havin it...they called the police and they made us pay for it still. All i have to say is dont ever ever ever eat at garfields...it is a disgrace.

Oh my goodness! I have been to this restaurant several times! I have never experience such under-handiness in my life. The meal was just awful!!!! The staff spent most of the time playing around. Although the amount I paid on the bill was correct, the amount that was charged to my credit card was in-correct. How about that!! Even though the over all experience was a joke (mind you-- my family or friends will never dine here again), we still left the waiter a tip!! So, guys and girls don't be fooled!! Check you receipt with a follow up! By the way, Red Lobster did the same thing!

NEVER EVER again! I had tried it for lunch a few months ago and swore I'd never go back. The sandwich was gross-- mostly bread, very little meat and fries were cold. By the time I found the server I was nearly finished with lunch.

My husband and I decided that dinner might be a better bet. Well, NOT!

We arrived a few minutes before the end of "Happy Hour", but by the time we were seated (not by a host or hostess, but someone else who worked in the restaurant)we asked for a drink. The waiter said Happy Hour was over. So, okay. No biggie.

We both ordered our meals at the same time-- mine came out a full 10 minutes after my husband's and mine was COLD!

I told the waiter and he asked me what I wanted and I said " I want the same meal, only this time I want it hot!" He informed me it would be 20+ minutes more. I said forget it. My hubby and I shared his meal and a solemn vow never to return. No wonder the place is deserted on week-nights!

Wouldn't have been so bad had the attitude on the part of the staff been so lousy. OH! When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told "No managers are available." Next time-- we'll go down the road a few more minutes-- there are some EXCELLENT restaurants nearby.
