In the tradition of the best European (Austria-Hungarian)coffee shops - the best pastries, beautifully prepared! Had a surprise plate of these beauties at our friends house - oh such a delight!!
Now we are regular visitors to the bakery - WORTH the DRIVE - from where ever you live!!

OMG! This little shop is a hidden gem in Bay City. If you want the best, this is the place to go. The pastries are a work of art. Everything made at this shop is top shelf. Beautiful presentation and scrumptious. We had individual miniature cakes made (that looked like little gift-boxes)for a wedding and they were so lovely and delicious! Just take a peek at the desserts in the showcase and you will see this in not your typical donut shop. If you have an occasion that is special, or just love good pastries you must check this place out...YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

This bakery is amazing. For my event, I ordered a two layer chocolate cake with white buttercream icing and chocolate mousse between the layers. It was absolutely amazing! The buttercream wasn't too sugar (like so many are) and it wasn't too fatty (some are like licking a Crisco can). It was perfect--creamy and sweet. Mmmmmm. The chocolate mousse between the layers was fabulous. In addition to the cakes, the counter at the bakery is filled with sweets unlike most of the other bakeries in town--cheesecakes, tarts, tortes, just to name a few--and all these in single portions. I highly recommend this bakery!
