We took our 3 mo old in for pictures on a Tue morning. We had an appt and still ended up waiting for about 15 min. The picture taker (photographer indicates some photography skill) looked like she just rolled out of bed (must not make enough $ to buy a hairbrush) and seemed to be operating on auto-pilot set to: get this day the hell over with! The pictures were OK and I chose four poses. Much to my surprise when I received the pics, the top of my son's head was "cropped" out of one of the poses. When I said that I didn't want a pose with only half of my son's head I was informed of the NO REFUND policy (which is not disclosed anywhere in the store or on the receipt. We will not return to this location. We have used Portrait Innovations in other areas and had much better experiences. I hope the corporate big-wigs know what a mess they have at this location and will correct it soon.

The portraits turn out pretty cute. But, I am SO upset to find out that after spending 350.00 on portraits and cd, they failed to mention to me that the cd is useless to use anywhere other than portrait innovations! They won't give you the release to the cd you purchased! That is so misleading and such bad business. that's the last time I will give them a few hundred for pictures!
