    In the past five years I have built two new homes and purchased flooring,electrical supplies,plumbing supplies, all bath supplies including tubs,showers, toilets etc. lighting,and many different appliances through Lowes. You would think with this maqny purchases there would be a few problems incurred.I can honestly say I am completely thrilled by the way I have been treated at Lowes. Any problem I did have was quickly resolved to more than my expectations and the personnel on the floor are the most knowledgible and helpful of any business that I have ever been in. What ever they are doing, I hope it continues.

    I am very dissatisfied with the Derby location. I went in several times looking for grout cleaner for my tile floor, was told it was on order, checked back every week for 6 weeks was told it was still on order!!! We bought a riding lawnmower + accessories ($1400) - it was delivered (additional $55 charge) it had mud and footprints and wadded up chewing gum!!!! on it. We got a call to ask how our delivery and service was - we complained and never heard a word. They don't have a clue whether their inventory is correct. We've been told they have something and when we get there (5 minutes away), they say they don't have any. Now we have been told that the part we want will be in (last Monday) and they'll call so we can pick it up - think we've heard?? NOOOOO!! Home Depot here I come!!!!

    My hot water heater busted 30 minutes before the store closed they stayed late and help me load my hot water tank. They were fabulous.
