User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsMy first visit to this restaurant went quite well. The burger size was impressive and cook to my order left me wanting to plan a second visit; in the near future. Not very often you get a real size burger in today's market,for fairly reasonable price to match.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI ordered a Whiskey River BBQ burger and asked for it slightly pink. What I got was bloody raw & cold!! They made a very slow attempt to correct the problem, but when I got my burger back, I was given a 'petite' patty instead of the regular size burger I paid for & it was burnt! I was given a half-hearted apology by the server & was NOT offered a discount of any kind. So I spend $9 on a burger that took almost an hour to get and ended up throwing in the garbage. Ive been to other Red Robin's in other states, and I have always been pleased.
We witnessed sereral employees drop a pile of wax paper used to line the burger baskets on the floor. Instead of throwing them away, they used them anyway! This was done right out in the open for everyone to see. Kind of makes you wonder what's going on behind the scenes in the kitchen.
This is just another case of bad management and poorly trained staff brining down the quality of a usually 'good' franchise restaurant.-

This is an overpriced burger joint. Food is OK, but not exceptional and definitely not worth the price. I was really disappointed.
