User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLoved, Loved, Loved my wedding flowers.......you must check out the website @ wichitaweddingflowers.com!! It is nice to know that even though my budget was limited, I was just as important as a Bride with a larger budget......I will use the FF again for other events, and reccomend them to my friends! Very nice shop with a quaint atmosphere and friendly staff. It's great that a local family owned business still exists out there in a time where big corporate takeovers are failing miserably - these folks are charming and right here in our own hometown....give them a call and you'll be glad you did!!

This place does not deserve 5 stars. They showed no initiative in making sure that the flowers arrived in time for a special event. It turned out that my cousins had recently moved, but the phone number I gave the Flower Factory was correct. Although they claimed that they called the phone number when they discovered that the address was incorrect, I sincerely doubt it, as my cousins were home all day that day and received no call or voicemail either. When I discovered the day after the special event that the flowers had never arrived, I called and questioned the flower shop about the followup. The person I spoke with became belligerent and said he had no responsibility to follow up with phone calls. I would never order flowers from this place again. Five star vendors should go the extra mile and make a special effort, which this vendor definitely did not do.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe Flower Factory just did my wedding flowers on Jan.3rd and they were just beautiful!!.....they were very easy people to work with and Pam was the nicest person ever!...Thanks Flower Factory, and I will be back, and highly reccomend you to all my friends!!

How do you expect the Flower Factory to deliver your flowers if the address you gave them was in-correct??? I think you are the one in question here........you gave them the wrong info.
With an incorrect address - there are 152,050 houses in Wichita.....where would you like them to start???? Get real! Give the shop the correct address, and your flowers will get delivered - you sound suspiciously like someone just looking for a freebie!
