I love these people and their passion for what they do.......I am so happy to find a place that really is customer friendly and goes the extra mile! I wish these folks all the best and success - they really do deserve God's blessing. My daughters wedding flowers were just beautiful, and the owner saw the whole thing through from beginning to end.....they are truly amazing!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Flower Factory, You did a great job with the boutonnières for Karen Mikols' 9/27 wedding; thank you. The flowers were beautiful and the labels were very helpful. I'm the NYC girl with the late plane flight who arrived for pickup 45min later than expected. I appreciate how accommodating you were with my arrival time. I'm sorry my schedule wasn't more flexible and hope it didn't disrupt the rest of your day. I ordered my mom (our marvelous driver) some flowers from your store today, I know what a great job you did with Karen's order. I am happy to support business like yours. âThe Flower Factory was awesome with my wedding flowers!!!!!! Pam was very helpful in helping me stay within my budget. Very friendly, and out going. I felt like I was working with a friend. After telling her that I wanted to make my own pew bows she showed me a few tricks on how to make them, even offered me to call her if I needed help!!!! That saved me a bunch of money. She even gave me great boxes that I was able to fit my bows in nicely! Was perfect! Thanks Pamâ! ~Karla Montelongo
