User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI will tell you why the service and food are of bad quality! They have under paid employees and they under staff every shift. They try to run a thirty thousand dollar day with three cooks and a few good waitresses! Most of the wait staff consist of high school kids whos parents made them get a job! I was employed by this particular store and know first hand!
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsBad Experiences: Though we have eaten here a few times, if there were more options we would not. We have had several bad experiences at this location. Running out of mushrooms on 1 visit, poor service on another visit, and the last visit we ordered the build your own burgers, filled out our sheets and they still got our burgers wrong, not one, but both of them. We like Chilis, but this one is not the best to visit.

Glad to read your comments,as I am going to this Chilis next week for a friends birthday dinner {her choice}.Im glad for the 'heads up' as it irks me to get a bum deal at any restaurant.Hopefully by now they have cleaned up their act and are flying right! {I still prefer the Anchor Inn at B & Main in Hutchinson for great mexican food.}
I've been to this Chili's location a few times and the service was always very poor. The food is not very good either. I don't ever plan to eat there again.
