I just called to schedule an appointment for maintenance and was informed that they are unable to provide me with a loaner because I did not buy my car there. Being used to a gold standard of service at Difeo BMW in Tenefly NJ, I was not only disappointed, but turned off by the tone and lack of interest to help. I would not put myself or my car through this mistreatment, and by reading the other reviews, who knows how long my car will be out of commission and I need to be mobile. Westchester Sucks... No rating, just bad front end service. I'll stay in Jersey although I live in the bronx.
If this is one of BMWs âpremierâ service organizations I feel especially bad for those without access to such service. Nothing says quality like:
1) Unbelievably long waits for any form of service (72 hours to replace a run flat tire)
2) Damaging the car body significantly while repairing the car (happened twice, one required 1 week in the body shop)
3) Incompetent Mechanics who canât properly perform service (twice in for âserviceâ followed by three more trips back to reset the computer, or re-fix the same problem) since the service was performed improperly
4) They donât take appointments (they tell you they do, but when you show up, just get in line like every other walk inâ¦better yet, save the 15 minutes on the phone and just show up).
5) Complete lack of customer serviceâ¦they donât return phone calls, emails, or anything else. You want an appointment you have to show up physically and demand service, even when they have your car.

I must totally agree with this customer. I have taken my car in since the day I have purchased it up until now, and it has now been 3 years that I have had this car. The mechanics are incompetent and has no clue how to fix your car. They never ever, ever, ever, return phone calls or anything things else. They can never give you a direct answer as to why there is a problem with your car. I am unsatify with the service.I have an endless amount of paper work pertaining to all of the service that was done to my car. They suck
