User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe feeling of being second rate.: You know,even americans get money from overseas.e.g family in England might send them some english pounds.Now i've lived in this country for many years and this bank by far is the most un-friendly towards when i asked about changing 40 english pound.I need an a/c,I can't get money right away if I open a/c,won't let me open a/c with $1,and this really got me,why don't you go to woodbury commons and change it there.I live in middletown ny which is 45mins away from there.The point is you don't give a fiddlers about anyone other than your own.So maybe BANKS OF USA you all should wake up and smell ur own coffee,because currency exchange develops spending.Have a HAPPY CHRISTMAS.Irate person about to become a yank!.
