Wow if they had an option of no stars this place would get it! for real I thought mcdonalds was fast food, sitting in the line for 20 minutes on an easy order is BS. I had ordered a snack wrap, fruit parfait and a side salad. had to go in because it was taking way too long to find out none of the lazy asses here wanted to make me a fruit parfait. get it finally (with frozen solid fruit) hit the road to only discover there is no salad dressing! due to the fact that i was in a hurry and was late to where i was going, couldnt go back so i saved my salad to go back later when the rude barely speaking english manager wouldnt give me a refund or a credit on a dollar salad. Talk about bad customer service I will never go back! and if I do it will only be to give them hell.
