** Beware of Eddie ** Eddie had committed to what the Bureau of Automotive Repair calls fraud and providing false and misleading statements. The shop will promise you low service price then later increase it by adding problems. When you are not prepare to pay their new demand, they threaten to charge storage fee for your car to be at their shop. The owner, Patrick, is just as bad as Eddie. Since when is it acceptable to mislead and harass people? After reporting to the owner about Eddie, Eddie got mad and tried to start a physical fight; with a customer? I sincerely hope NO ONE will have to go through the torment of an experience such as mine. Stay away from Almaden Valley Transmission. They own another shop called **Winchester Transmission**. Let's see how long these two will be around. I am seeking legal action against this place. Please let me know if you want to join lawsuit.

I don’t know what I’m thinking by rating Winchester Transmission seeing as how it is a hidden gem in the Silicon Valley for all your drive train needs. Not to mention they are willing and able to help repair any of your car or trucks problems and exactly the way you want it. Always the lowest price for a high quality of service and that’s hard to find these days. I am proud to say (knowing that they always guarantee their work) that I have five cars maintained by Winchester transmission. Pat and his friendly crew will help you get your car running!!!! Just give them a call!! its worth it
I called on a Saturday, and the guy there acted so confident that my problem could be diagnosed. After taking it in, I was told I would have to wait until the following week for a complete diagnosis but was still charged in full for the partial diagnosis performed. In addition, I was called and told that I had to go pick my car up immediately unless I wanted to leave it there over the weekend since they were closing early. When I went back to pick it up there was an argument going on with one of the customers. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the customer service or way of doing business.
