Mendocino Cleaners ruined a brand new 130 dollar dress I purchased from Macy's.

I took the dress in to be cleaned after wearing it one time, and they caused the ink to bleed from the balck areas onto the surrounding white.

They denied causing any damage and further insulted me by making me pay for half of the services to get my ruined dress back.

I will never do business with them again, and you shouldn't either!
