The worst money can buy: I am currently on hold for over an hour, no reception on lower channels all the time, currently no reception there answer is to switch to satalite.
No Customer Service: They have a phone number listed but no one ever answers. You are transferred to an 800 number. The 800 number people can't answer local questions. They refer you to the local number. You are in a cycle.
The reception was not clear. We switched to another vendor and could not believe the picture quality improvement.
I have been trying to reach the local office about billing as we are still receiving statements. No one answers and I am put to the 800 number.
I was hoping that a fax number would be listed, but no such luck.
Terrible customer service: Unless you have no other choice then stay away. Customer service stinks. Line drops on a daily basis. When you call customer service the phone is *busy*...no answering machine...no call forward to India...just *busy*.
