First impressions are everything to me. This was my first time at this restaurant and it will definitely be my last. The food was pricey but that's okay because it had a nice atmosphere. The service was HORRIBLE though. It's a Thursday night around 8:00 p.m. They had a nice crowd but it was not packed because there were plenty of tables available. We ordered our drinks and got them, and then ordered our food and was told our bread was on the way out. Well when our bread came out, we realized we didn't have silverware to butter the bread. We waited for our waitress to tell her about the silverware for about 5 minutes and then they brought our entree's out and we still hadn't gotten our silverware yet. We then had to ask another waitress for silverware because we hadn't seen our waitress for about 10 minutes by then. Another waitress brought our silverware but not the usual silverware wrapped in the black cloth napkin. We got 3 forks and 1 butter knife when my husband ordered a steak. When our regular waitress finally came back (About 20 minutes later) I asked for napkins, a steak knife and extra barbecue sauce. Another 10 minutes went by and we received 8 bar napkins (I counted them) and a steak knife (no barbecue sauce). Then while we were eating our food my husband realized he never got his salad that was supposed to have come before he got his steak. He told the waitress and she had the nerve to say there was something wrong with the printer and that's why he didn't get his salad. YEAH RIGHT!!! They forgot. He finally got his salad and it had the wrong salad dressing on it. He told her again just to let her know but we had already finished eating so he told her he didn't want it. Anyway, for a family of 4 our food came to $63.77 and since it was my treat, I did not leave her a tip. I was horrified by the service. My husband felt sorry for her and left her $3. I didn't treat the waitress bad or get rude and ghetto, but I did leave her a note on my receipt as to why she got $3 instead of the usual 20% that I normally leave. I didn't leave her anything simply because she never apologized for all her screw ups. All of the junk we went through and she never once said, SORRY for not seeing her for 20 minutes, SORRY about bringing us refills when we were finished eating. SORRY for taking my daughters tea for a refill and not bringing it back. SORRY for putting tea in my water cup. SORRY about the bar napkins, SORRY about the barbecue sauce that I never received. SORRY about the salad and the salad dressing. I would normally have asked for the manager but in the recession that our country is going through, I didn't want to get the girl in trouble and possibly get her fired even though she should have been. I just don't believe in half azz service. If you want my 20%, act like it. No more Arizona's for my family.
This place is wonderful, the food, music, ambience and drinks were on point. I went there for a bday dinner and loved it. The food, the food, the food, the food. No other words.
