User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have had better luck with other locations of this pizza place. We had very poor service from this location. There was four other people that arrived after we did and they got their food before we ever saw ours. We had to ask for silverware, napkins, and cheese. So needless to say the tables we not being kept up with. We hardly ever saw our waitress. In fact the only time she was around was to take our order, bring the food, and give us the bill. Never even offered an appology for the time we had to wait for the food since everyone else seemed to be eating already. They were not busy at the time either.

Well I have no clue as to what this person before me is talking about. Every time I have been to this location it is superior to any other pizza in our area. the calzones are crisp and so are the pizza's. They also have some good tunes playing. I had an overall nice experience.. If you like pizza and salads and subs this is your place it's not your average Johnny's.

While the food is good, the service at this location is abysmal. They put you on hold for ever, they are horrible on the phone (airheads!). It takes forever to get your order which 9 out of 10 times is wrong. Don't bother with take out....if you must use this establishment eat in...or better yet, go to the exit 14 location!

You have got to be kidding. Are you talking about the same Johnny's on Keith Bridge Road that I go to every week? The exit 14 store is now closed because their product stinks and the place is dirty. Johnny's on Keith Bridge Rd in North Cumming ROCKS!!! The place is always packed.
