User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis place is disgusting!! I hate it every time we go, but because Lake City has such a small variety of restaurants, sometimes there is no other option. They served me a worm in my broccoli, and they were actually going to charge me for my meal, until I spoke up. The service is never really great, and I always leave with my ticket being wrong. Once a waiter actually charged the whole table to my bill, and the manager would not get back with me to discuss the mistake. Incidents with my bill have happened more than once. The menu is constantly changing. I know the menu is not this particular Ruby Tuesday fault, but seriously the company needs to find a good menu and stick with it. I also really hate their small oddly shaped rectangle plates. This isn't haute cuisine it is Ruby Tuesday's for Christ's Sake.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy husband Bruce and I were in Ruby Tuesdays on May 14,2009 for our anniversary in Lake City, Fl. The first impressive act was when John opened the door for us and greeted us, immediately seating us. Then we were warmly greeted and served by Jessie. Impressed by the great job the salad bar attender was doing... Cubbie, Bruce told Jessie and the manager immediately came over to our table. She was very warm and we had a nice conversation and she added to the pleasure of our meal by treating us to a dessert for our anniversary. We have always enjoyed Ruby Tuesday and this attention made this visit a memory we will cherish. Thanks to all of you. Janice Harris
