User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI bought a new refrigerator from HH Gregg it was a 36" frigidaire the first one didn't work so they brought me another one. Just before the warrantee ran out this one quit.
HH Gregg sent out Helping Hand Appliance Repair. They worked on it and it didn't work right so I called back many times and left a message and no one every called back, so I called from my girlfriend's phone he picked up the first time and told me he didn't know how to fix my refrigerator So I had to pay A1-Appliance to fix it right. I own a small business and I would never do anyone that way.

User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsFreindly and did a good job. The only thing I don't like was they didn't call and let me know they were running late. I had an appointment from 10-2 and they didn't come out until 4pm
