    Rick is terrific!: Rick does a WONDERFUL job- my fiancee' and I were very happy with every aspect of his work. He is an extremely personable guy....we had a tight schedule, and he was able to get in quick and review our home. He did a remarkably thorough job, and afterwards, he sent his report, with accompanying photographs, via email so we could print it out. His follow-up is wonderful, too- he called to make sure I'd received the report. We were delighted with every aspect of his customer service. Highly recommend!!

    Love the report format with the digital photos: This is the first time I've seen a report so easy to read and understand. I can give it to my builder to show what issues need to be corrected. Thanks! Rick spent time explaining what I need to watch in the future to maintain the value of my new home like down spouts or cracks in the driveway.

    What a great home inspection!: We learned so much about our new house from Rick. I thought I knew a lot about houses but I would have missed tons of stuff. He wasn't looking at little cosmetic items, he focused on what could cost me in the future. I really liked the inspection report with photos.
