terrible system!!!!! word of advice.............when you rent a movie make sure you return it inside of the store,and not the drop box. i always return my movies into the drop box,and this time ive learned you cant do that. because the mgr there is saying i didnt turn in one of the 3 movies i rented,and they are threatning to charge me for that movie. i asked her why they have a drop box if i was supposed to go inside to return the movie, she said because we only intend on using that twice a year, and not for drop off's???????????????what the heck? so you have a drop box, that you dont want customers to use,and if they do use it and your system says it wasnt turned in its my fault. obviously her customer service abilities is lacking,and blockbuster should remove the drop box if they cant give their customers their full trust. by using the drop box..........how can we prove we brought them back?

spectacular service: first off the store mgr was the nicest person i ever met, they helped me with all of my needs, secondaly: the mgr's that work there were beyond polite and proffesional, they helped me find the movies that pertained to my particular interest. Oh by the way! they have really hot chicks that work there!
