   At first when I showed up at Outcast, I thought it was one of those hole-in-the-wall tattoo shops that I'm so used to seeing in Florida (Sanford/Casselbury area). After reading the reviews, I decided to walk inside and check it out anyways. The first thing I noticed was it was a very spacious studio. The entire place was clean. Next, Murph greeted me and asked what he could do for me, so he does have the intention to make his customers happy. I presented my design and he redrew it for me. My initial design evolved greatly from what seems so simple to a deep and meaningful symbol (one that represented my marriage). He worked with me to transform an idea into a work of art, and now I have a tattoo that I'm proud to exhibit. Being relatively new to tattoos, he taught me how to care for the it, as well as provided me with tattoo aftercare from H2Ocean, who specialize in not just tattoo care, but in general first aid as well. He also asked me to stop by for a follow up to make sure the tat's being taken care of and do any touch ups it might need. Bottom line, I couldn't have found a better studio. The only thing I'd do to improve it is move it to a better part of the city.

   I've gotten two tattoos by Murph at Outcast and they've both turned out amazing. I can't give a high enough recommendation for the place. Murph always takes his time and makes sure that you're happy with the piece. If you're getting any ink done in the Jacksonville area I would recommend stopping by and talking to him.

   What can i say about outcast that i can't say about other tattoo shops. i have been coming here since i was 18 i am now 20 and i have had 10 tattoos done by murph. he is the best and i refuse to go to anyone else. i just don't feel comfortable around other tattoo shops. one is because when you walk in at other tattoo shops they don't greet you and ask what they can help you with. murph is right on the ball about it. and his employees are cool as hell to. i love murphs work and i attend to keep coming here. i got my boyfriend coming here also, even he says its real chill and comfortable here to. most places you get that uncomfortable feel but not here. so if i were you i would come down to outcast tattoo and and get inked. there is no other place that can compare.
