Dr. Loetscher only spent a few minutes explaining the procedure to me and my son. He seemed very arrogant and not concerned with his patients. His staff are all airheads who act like servants not employees to Dr. Loetscher. His staff was only concerned about collecting money and not the well being of my son. Plus one of his assistants is totally hot! :-)
