Price was fair after I negotiated with 2 other quotes in hand.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsRick and Billy came to our home on April 2 to make some minor repairs inside the house and to install birdhouses and bird feeders in the yard. They were most professional, pleasant and efficient.
We noticed how very neat Rick was in doing some caulking at the kitchen sink and window. He left the area exactly as he found it.
Billy was so helpful and patient in putting together a large metal birdhouse. He set up a workbench in the driveway and was patient in his work.
We are very happy to have new birdhouses and feeders in our yard! We appreciate having someone to do a smaller job such as this, at a reasonable rate. Rick and Billy's workmanship was excellent. We highly recommend Dunlap Construction for any home repairs.-
