They've helped my college age son get set-up properly for his laptop needs & helped me with our home PC issues a number of times. Always responsive, doesn't try to over-sell, very competitively priced and top notch customer service. I would and do recommend Bob & Computer Trouble Shooters often for personal and even more complex business needs.
