The customer that wrote this review in June will be glad to know that the employee he encountered, no longer works for Krispy Kreme. Please come and enjoy daily fresh doughnuts. When the "Hot Light" is ON - Our Original Glazed Doughnut is HOT and Fresh!!
We will also open at 4a.m. on the day after Thanks Giving to service those who will be out bargain shopping this year! Please come by and enjoy the doughnut tradition since 1937!

User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsVery disapointed: As long as I can remember Krispy Kreme has given away doughnuts when they were making them, and they turn the light on so everyone know about it. I have always taken friends and family by there when showing people around. So Sunday the 3rd of June, we had friends over and we ran over to Shreveport to show them around, and took them by the Krispy Kreme and they had the light on and we said Great they will give you a sample.......Wrong...... we were standing around waiting to be waited on with 4 girls laughing and giggling and could care less about the 4 of us wanting something, so when they finished there goofing off, it was like they were mad we had interuped there time. We bought a dozen and asked if our friends could have one that was comming down the line, and wery sharply this young girl turned and said, "WE DON'T DO THAT ANYMORE!!!!" I felt ashamed to have taken them there. I WILL NOT RETURN, AND I HOPE THAT WHOEVER OWES THIS PLACE READS THIS AND HAS ENOUGH BUSINESS SENCE TO UNDERSTAND THAT THE GIRLS THAT WERE STANDING AROUND AND NOT FRIENDLY WERE LETTING THE DOUGNUTS WAD UP ON THE CONVEYOR BELT AND RUNNING OFF BUSINESS. But that seems to be the normal thing to do these days, because I see it all the time at different places.
So if you decide to go to Krispy Kreme in Shreveport, be prepared for dispointment.-
