User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsIt was about 6 pm 10-3-07 every restaraunt has problems.It's not a perfect world.I ordered the mini turkey burgers my girlfriend ordered a bowl of soup.We also had the artichoke dip as an appetizer.We were enjoying ourselves and when the soup and burgers arrived we decided to go to the salad bar that came with our meals.We came back and sat back down i had a few items on my plate no problems yet until i started eating the broccoli it tasted funny and i gagged on it.I spit it into my nappkin i looked and the stems were black i wiped off three pieces it wasn't the balsamic vinegar dressing.It was mold it was also dotted on the crowns.I got up and the manager was in the kitchen,i asked a waitperson if i could speak with him and she welcomed me to step into the double doors where he stood i had placed several pieces of the broccoli on a plate and said to him the broccoli at your salad bar is moldy i wasn't aware until I vommited.He looked at it and said oh it seems to be turning.What the?I ask myself...THE STUFF WAS BLACK DON'T PEOPLE DIE FROM THAT STUFF!I didn't finish my burger we had a few items boxed and left.The Waitress was exceptional and we tipped about 20 something percent she deserved it.The manager who i spoke with did not look like a big veggie eater,maybe he didn't know that micro bacteria can kill people.In addition he needs a big lesson on people skills.I am not looking for a free meal money off or sympathy.I just want to say if you are in any position to protect the health of your patrons please do so the consumer is watching.

fruit flies&hair: i went on a date with my husband and i ordered a burger well done and got a rare bloody burger. the lady next to me was so close i got hair in my food and there were fruit flies flying around everywhere and everything. i will never eat there again
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsa family favorite: The food is amazing and the salad bar is my favorite. The service is good and the prices wont set you back too much. I recommend it for families or just going as couple. And make sure you get the salad bar, mmmm enjoy.

Hi,7-26-09 ...oh yeah i almost forgot about this!Way before the guy faked a snakehead in his broccoli at least he had no complaints about the manager and moldy food i have been to rubies since and it's not a perfect world so just smile and don't forget to tip generously...laugh...til you cry
