As you can see by other reviews we have a great reputation on providing superior service. This was a simple case of a miscommunication with one of our servers. There was plenty of room in other parts of the dining hall. I'm sure other readers understand that it would a pretty insane policy for a restaurant to ask people to leave, so I'll leave it to rational readers to judge.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThis was one ofmy favorite places to hangout while I lived in Saratoga Springs. My daughter loved going with me to have "tea parties." They have a plethora of tasty treats and fantastic teas. I would recommend you visit this place soon!

The restaurant is quaint and the food was delicious. However, I was deeply disturbed that my friends and I were asked to leave the restaurant because they had a party of fourteen arriving soon. It was only after my friends and I had shocked looks on our faces that they offered for us to sit on their sofas. We spent a good some of money on our lunch only to be treated so rudely. I have traveled extensively to other countries and have never been treated or heard of such a practice. Needless to say, I won't be going back to The Whistling Kettle or bringing my friends.
