User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI have used Cudney's thru the years, but recently found the prices for dry cleaning to be exorbitant! I was told that this was due to their superior work! After picking up my last 7 garments totalling over $100, I found an expensive blouse with a razor like tear on the back. They admitted that this was their fault! The manager offered me a credit on future services! I want my blouse replaced, not a credit! Manager was Very RUDE and UNWILLING to MAKE an ADJUSTMENT or Replace item! Not the end of this story! I would absolutely NOT RECCOMMEND this DRY CLEANER to ANYONE!
